I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were much better than in the pictures, clean, with a comfy bed and a view overlooking Bangkok. Access to the executive lounge was a nice touch. However, the price was a bit high. Service was exceptional with a warm welcome at the reception desk and prompt room service. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Bangkok's bustling business area. The dining options were diverse, particularly great for Asian food lovers. However, it was a bit pricey. Overall, a fantastic experience with top-notch facilities and services.
